By downloading, installing, or using Aurora (the “App”), you accept these Terms of Service.
If you disagree, please do not use the App.
02What Aurora provides
Aurora is a music product for online discovery and playback. Subject to device,
network, and configuration, the App may let you:
Listen & explore
Search and browse music, stream tracks, and control background playback.
Organize
Create playlists, save favorites, and manage your library on device.
Offline Space
Download songs for offline listening when the feature is available.
Import
Bring playlists in from supported online platforms you choose to connect via link.
Core use does not require registration. We may change, pause, or remove features
as the product evolves.
03Content & copyright
Tracks, covers, lyrics, and metadata may come from third-party sources.
Aurora does not claim ownership of that third-party material.
- Your duty — only stream, download, import, store, or play content you are legally allowed to use.
- Imports — submitting a playlist URL means you represent you may access that content for personal use; availability can change without notice.
- Offline copies — files in Offline Space remain on your device; you must remove anything you are no longer authorized to keep.
- App IP — Aurora’s software, design, and branding (excluding third-party content) belong to the developer.
Copyright concerns can be sent to the contact address below with enough detail for review.
04Acceptable use
You agree to use Aurora lawfully and personally, and not to:
- Infringe copyrights or other rights;
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or its servers;
- Bypass technical limits or redistribute protected content without permission;
- Misuse search, import, download, or feedback channels for spam or harm.
05Privacy
How we handle information is described in the
Privacy Policy. Using Aurora means you also
understand that policy.
06Disclaimers
Aurora is offered “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law,
we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device or source.
- Tracks, playlists, lyrics, imports, and stream links may become unavailable.
- Offline downloads may fail or stop playing if files are removed or sources change.
We are not responsible for disputes arising from third-party content, platform changes,
network issues, or how you use downloaded or imported material.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora’s developer is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of
profits, data, goodwill, or content, arising from your use of—or inability to use—the App.
You may stop using Aurora at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access
if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
08Updates & contact
We may revise these Terms and will update the effective date when that happens.
Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
